New Friends Club of Frederick opens a door for women to make new friends and discover new activities. New Friends Club of Frederick is primarily a social group and promoting friendship is our goal. We also support humantiarian projects in the Frederick community through our fundraisers where all proceeds are donated to a local charity. A Message From Our Newly Elected Presidents As your newly elected presidents, we are excited about the next two years. Our first order of business is to select a new charity to support. The board chose 4 charities to present to the membership at the October general meeting (luncheon). This will be followed by a vote to choose one of the charities to support for the next two years. Fund Raiser On the evening of November 9th, we will hold a Fund Raiser for our new charity at Dutch's Daughter. The evening will feature a lovely Buffet Dinner and Silent Auction. We will need a committee to help make this event the best it can be, we will be seeking donations of baskets from our various Activity groups.
